Roll’d is bringing its fast, fresh Vietnamese to South-East Auckland. Our third New Zealand store opens at Botany Town Centre on 1 July 2026, joining Sylvia Park and Westfield St Lukes as part of Roll’d’s growing Auckland line-up.
Since landing in New Zealand, Roll’d has built a loyal following for doing Vietnamese street food the fresh way — and Botany locals won’t have to travel far to get it. The full menu lands with the store: steaming bowls of phở, freshly made bánh mì, rice paper rolls, gỏi (Vietnamese salads), bao, and our noodle salads, all prepared fresh daily and built on family recipes passed down through generations — including the phở recipe from Mama Hoang, mother of co-founder Bao Hoang.
Botany Town Centre is one of South-East Auckland’s busiest retail and dining destinations, and it’s the perfect home for Roll’d’s third store. Whether you’re after a quick lunch, a fresh dinner on the way home, or somewhere to catch up over a bowl of phở, the Botany store offers dine-in and takeaway from day one.
The Botany opening also expands our catering delivery zone. From 1 July, our catering reach extends across South-East Auckland — including Howick, Botany Downs, Flat Bush, Dannemora, Northpark, Cockle Bay, Mellons Bay, Bucklands Beach, Half Moon Bay and Manukau — all within a 12km radius of the store.
If you’re organising lunch for the office, a meeting, or an event, our Bestseller Box brings together our most-loved bites in one platter — mini bowls, fresh rolls, bánh mì and bao. To enquire or place a catering order, email catering@rolld.nz with your details and our catering team will get back to you with a quote.
Founded in Melbourne in 2012 by Bao Hoang, Ray Esquieres and Tin Ly, Roll’d has grown to more than 125 stores and is one of Australia’s best-known Vietnamese fast-casual brands. The New Zealand rollout is led by Mammoth Brands, co-CEOs Duane Dalton and Chris Henderson, who also operate Pita Pit, EGG’D, Bowl’d and Tuckr.
