A 1.75% credit card surcharge applies on all orders.
A 15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays. Orders must be confirmed by store for next day delivery/pick up.
Orders are considered pending until the store has accepted the order and a confirmation email/SMS is received.
DELIVERY Areas and FEES
Approximately $2 per kilometre, with a $15 minimum fee. There is a maximum delivery radius of 12km from your chosen store.
We deliver fresh Vietnamese catering across Auckland from our Sylvia Park and St Lukes stores. Suburbs we deliver to include:

If you would like to put a catering order through but would like to pay later, please email us at catering@rolld.nz and our team will contact you as soon as possible.
If you’re experiencing issues with your catering order, please email catering@rolld.nz
You can also call the store that confirmed your order directly.
Changes to your catering order can only be made for orders within the cancellation policy period.
If you have placed your catering order but it has not been confirmed, please call the store directly and they can cancel your order and you can place a new order.
If your order has already been confirmed, please call the store you ordered from to request any changes. If your changes require an additional charge, you will be required to make payment over the phone. If however, your
- Cancellations can only be made up to 24 hours before your order is due to be prepared if your order was due to be picked up or delivered Tuesday – Friday. If you would like to cancel your order within the 24-hour period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you would like to cancel your order which was due to be picked up or delivered on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday you will need to cancel by the Friday before by 2pm. If you would like to cancel your order after this period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Next day pickup or delivery is available for orders placed prior to 7pm.
However you are welcome to submit a catering request to catering@rolld.nz or contact the store directly if your catering order is on the same day and we will try to accomodate your request
We have low gluten, vegetarian, vegan and halal suitable options. Our whole Roll’d Menu is also 100% nut-free.
