Catering an Auckland office lunch costs between $13.00 and $18.75 a head with Roll’d, depending on which box you pick. This page sets out what each box costs per person, what’s actually in it, and the lead times and delivery fees that go with it. Prices include GST and were current in October 2026.
Cost per head by box
Every Roll’d catering box feeds 8 to 10 people. The range below is the box price divided across that span: the lower figure if you are feeding ten, the higher if you are feeding eight.

Premium flavours carry a small surcharge per item. There is no minimum order, so a single box is fine.
Which box for which occasion
For a standing lunch where people are talking and moving, the Mini Fresh Rolls box gives you 45 handheld pieces, the most items of any box and the lowest cost per head. For a seated meeting lunch where people want something more substantial, the Mini Bowls box works better, though 20 bowls across 10 people is two each rather than four or five.
If you don’t know the room, the Best-Sellers’ box covers it: bowls, fresh rolls, bánh mì and bao in one box at $15.00 a head.
Lead times
Catering orders need to be placed by 7pm the day before the date you want. Anything later than that, call your closest store directly and they will tell you what is possible rather than guessing on a form.
Delivery fees
Delivery is $2 per kilometre from the store, with a $20 minimum. Pickup is free. We deliver across Auckland from three stores: Sylvia Park, St Lukes and Botany, which between them cover most of the central, eastern and southern suburbs.
Paying
You can order and pay online, or ask for an invoice if that suits your finance team better. Invoices are settled before delivery unless the store agrees otherwise.
Dietaries
Low gluten, vegetarian, vegan and halal suitable options run across the range. Tell us what your team needs to avoid and we will build the boxes around it.
Our food is prepared in a shared kitchen that handles all 13 major allergens, so we can’t rule out cross-contact. Allergen information is based on our recipes and supplier specifications. If you or a guest has a severe allergy or coeliac disease, please contact your store directly so our team can confirm.
