It’s official \u2014 Roll’d Vietnamese has been named one of Auckland’s best places for ph\u1edf<\/strong>. We’ve been featured in Urban List’s “Where To Find Auckland’s Best Pho In 2026”<\/a>, a Best Of round-up that carries the publication’s highest editorial stamp of approval.<\/p>\n

Even sweeter: a bowl of Roll’d ph\u1edf was chosen as the lead image for the entire feature, sitting proudly alongside some of T\u0101maki Makaurau’s most-loved Vietnamese kitchens. For a brand that’s only recently crossed the Tasman, it’s a humbling nod from the local food community.<\/p>

The recipe behind the broth<\/h2>\n

Every bowl of Roll’d ph\u1edf traces back to Mama Hoang’s kitchen and the family recipe that started it all \u2014 the recipe of co-founder Bao Hoang’s mother. That recipe travelled from Vietnam to Australia, and now to Aotearoa. As Urban List put it, our ph\u1edf is “a nod to both the clean flavours of Northern Vietnam and the punchy broths of South Vietnam”.<\/p>

A ph\u1edf for every craving<\/h2>\n

There’s a bowl for everyone on our menu<\/a>: sliced rare wagyu, shredded poached chicken breast, a combination of both, a fiery B\u00fan b\u00f2 Hu\u1ebf (spicy beef), a seafood number with basa fillet, prawns and dried shrimp, or a shiitake mushroom and tofu bowl for the vegetarians. All built on family recipes and made fresh daily.<\/p>
